Return of Tenaris (TS)

Ii've written about Tenaris (TS) several times in the past(here, here and here). Oil prices on the rise again, I buy a bit of Tenaris, with automatic stop loss at -7%, as markets are kinda shaky these days.
Why?
last time, i've sold just in time, as Tenaris completed a nice rally, and went into a base. It has recently broke the base, (Jan 18). This buy is a bit too far away from the pivot buy point, so take a close look - it might fall hard in the following days, proving the breakout to be a false one.
